The lovingly decorated house offers guests plenty of privacy with 2200 sq. ft. living space under air-condition. It provides 4 bright bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a great room floor plan. The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances.

CASA COLADA offers free Internet and Wi-Fi throughout. Several desks and a printer /fax are available, which comes in handy for work related or to reserve a restaurant table or book your next tee time at one of the nearby golf courses.
The home welcomes you with bright and modern design and allergy-friendly tile and vinyl floors. Open floorplan living and comfortable furniture are perfectly situated to fully enjoy in and outside. The house offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms a family room with a sofa, loveseat and two comfortable chairs, and large TV.
The well-designed master suite offers a king-size bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, walk in closet and en-suite master bath with walk in shower, soaking tub and a sink.
All guest suites are equipped with a queen-size bed, TV's and sharing a bath which includes a shower, sink and toilet.  This bath leads out to pool area.
Open the sliding doors to combine inside and outside living. The sun deck offers plenty of space for the sun loungers and amazing sunrises from the Eastern Exposure of your backyard. Enjoy your days in the heated pool or the spacious lanai. A barbeque grill, sun chaises, a lounge area and dining for 8 to enjoy the outdoors. Read a book, enjoy a family BBQ or just relax with a cocktail in the night. The whole deck area is screened-in to be close to nature but have nature not too close to you- that’s outdoor living at its best.

Beach towels and a second set of bedlinens for every bed as well as towels for every bathroom and pool towels are provided.
The home has a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $149.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
