The open floor plan in this Luxurious home makes it great for entertaining. Gather along the breakfast bar with stools for 4, enjoy your lunch or dinner in or outside. An oversize barbeque grill completes the splendid offering.

The Master suite, on the left side, offers luxurious privacy. It supplies a king-size bed, sliding doors to the patio, dresser, TV, chair and closet, an En-suite bath with soaking tub, walk through shower, 2 vanity sinks and water closet.

The second bedroom opens to the pool deck and offers a king-size bed, TV and closet and en-suite bathroom that also connects to the pool. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed, chest of drawers, closet, and private bathroom.

The refreshing turquoise waters of the pool can be heated electrically. The villa has 2 sun chaises with pads for those lazy days in the sun, also 3 comfortable outdoor chairs situated in front of the outdoor fire table.

We will be checking you into your home personally, but we will also be there for you prior, during and after your stay for any questions that might arise. Upon request your fridge can be filled with your favorite food to enjoy at your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 31 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 31 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
